Perfect reflection of my state. Lets hope we are just experiencing the cocoon stage and can breakthrough with strong, silken wings into a reality not yet perceived.

No wings yet.
Yesterday I had a very painful massage working on my back around the shoulder blades and my arms and neck. I am very knotted up. I keep thinking I have a Cancer carapace like a crabs shell. I am hoping the massage will break that down.
Ha ha now you have mention wings, maybe after the shell has been broken down the wings can form.
