Blue Corn Waffles


I made these awesome blue corn waffles for breakfast today. They were packed with 40gz of Lean Body vanilla protein. I ate them dry and they were delish! I needed to get in a protein packed breakfast before hitting a mean chest and bi workout. It has been good to be back in the gym full force on Sundays. It’s good to have that extra time to train that a Sunday affords me.
