The Healthy Anti~pasta(?)


~For dinner tonight...spaghetti squash anti~pasta(?) with a side of cucumber dill yogurt salad.~

How can the nutritional value of spaghetti squash anti~pasta(?) versus white flour or even whole grain pasta be denied? Amazing!! You cut carbs and calories by an unbelievable amount. Not to mention…my version is protein packed with petite sirloin. You gotta go south Ella!!!
