Freedom to Train

Before today’s workout, I slammed a blueberry/banana creatine smoothie and 5 deviled egg whites stuffed with fat free cream cheese and sautéed baby yellow squash. It was a strong day in the gym. I worked biz, triz and shoulderz.

Shoulder pressing a plate for 10 reps is going smooth, but today I was able to close grip a 35 on the bench. Almost a plate on close grips!!! My triz are thrashed!

Thank you to the veterans out there for my long workout! Because of you, I can train hard. I finished my workout by running for 40 minutes.
