Chicken Zucchini Spirals

For dinner I cooked myself some chicken zucchini spirals. This may be the best way I’ve cooked chicken in a long time. My best dishes are always made-up. Well….actually everything I cook is made-up. I never follow recipes unless someone gives me one to try for fun. I need a minimum of 160 and 190 grams of protein per day in order to repair and build muscle. If you know protein calculations, I’m giving away my weight! I paired the spirals with a cucumber salad. Muscle up!💪
