Visiting The Teahouse

I met a couple of my girlfriends tonight after work at The Teahouse on Canyon Road. It is a cute little spot for coffee and tea from all over the world. I had fun catching up with Anna and Therese over a matcha latte. I first learned about matcha from my boss. There are so many health benefits since you consume the whole, ground leaf (check out Bodybuilding.com~ The 8 Wonders of Matcha Green Tea by Dr. Sara Solomon). I think that this will be my new drink.
