Red, White & Blue Corn

Just finished my breakfast. I made blue corn protein waffles with whip cream and cherries. The waffles had: 1/2 cup of organic blue corn meal; 40gz of vanilla protein; 10gz of egg white protein; one teaspoon of baking powder; and a cup of cashew milk. A breakfast to celebrate the 4th!
