Twist on Italian

Tonight I made me a cauliflower steak (by slicing the head into flat pieces and baking them). I topped the steak with a 95% lean ground beef patty, garlic marinara, mozzarella and parsley flakes. Loved it! It’s a low carb twist on Italian. #ishouldbeachef
