Cocoa Hazelnut Protein Shake 

Tal Ace in a nutshell

The following Protein shake is a great post-workout drink.


  1. 3/4 C of Almond milk
  2. 2 tsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
  3. 2 tsp of Hazelnut Extract
  4. 1 tsp sweetner (I used agave)
  5. 1/2 scoop of Protein powder (I used Jayrobb Whey Protein)
  6. 1/2 C of ice

Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend very well, the mixture should double in size and you should have about 1 1/2 C of delicious protein shake!
