Cocoa Hazelnut Protein Shake
The following Protein shake is a great post-workout drink.
- 3/4 C of Almond milk
- 2 tsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tsp of Hazelnut Extract
- 1 tsp sweetner (I used agave)
- 1/2 scoop of Protein powder (I used Jayrobb Whey Protein)
- 1/2 C of ice
Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend very well, the mixture should double in size and you should have about 1 1/2 C of delicious protein shake!
