Just finished making 10 pounds of shrimp cocktail! 4 bags (about 400+) shrimp, 4 jars of cocktail sauce, two huge cans of tomatoe sauce, 2 cans of V8, one bag of celery, 10 jalapeños and 6 cucumbers. I’m going to put it in 36 fancy little, plastic glasses. Phew! Hopefully the peeps I work with appreciate it. Tomorrow is our holiday luncheon. Our whole agency has been working hard, so they deserved a special treat.
