I have to say that there is nothing more annoying than this… getting primed for leg day, then walking into the gym to find every rack taken. My workout week runs Saturday through Friday and I’ve been spacing out deads, bench and squats for more recovery time. Looks like squat day moves to Thursday this week. I need Friday to hit shoulders and TRAPS and to recover for back day on Saturday at the start of my workout week. If the racks are taken on Saturdays, I just move an Olympic bar out to the floor and still deadlift. That’s impossible for squats. We need more racks!!!!
