No Limits

••Workout schedule for this week. My workout week runs Saturday through Friday. Iron for lunch and then cardio after work. On Sunday I went for a walk, but the rest will be running. I'm trying to bring my speed up to where it use to be. Friday is a ♥long♥ day in the gym on my favorite day since I get out 1/2 day.••
