A Story of Me
This morning (I mean every morning) when I get up, I feel like I got run over by a truck. I’m like… ommm… maybe “I should just take it easy today?” Then I get to the gym and I’m like… “neeaaahhh.” I made me a custom meme to describe these exact feelings.
Today, I was finally convinced to try the bands on deads. It was a different hit for sure. I felt my hams way more with them on. I guess I could see them useful in strengthening my hams, increasing my grip strength and maybe improving my lockout on heavier lifts.
