Close to three years ago, I captured this footage of a book I handcrafted in memory of an amazing woman for a family who loved her very much and lost her much to soon. She was a good, kind creative, and very beautiful woman who loved nature and animals. She had a good heart. Making this gave me an opportunity to learn more about a woman who embodied so many wonderful things throughout her life. She truly made a difference while she was on this Earth she respected. It was an honor to gift her family with a mini archive in her memory.
Here is the main arrangement I made for Janelle. The bottom portion is a stand as she wanted to keep her bouquet as a momento. I also made her two table arrangements with purple tipped roses and a matching boutonniere for her husband. Always fun…
I planted this succulent bed during the summer. It only cost me about 100 dollars since the planter is recycled. I really enjoyed growing and tending to succulents for the first time. I will surely buy more. These are Hens and Chicks, but they look more like aliens as they grow lol. Missing the summer sun.
There has been a curve-billed Thrasher visiting me for the last couple of weeks. I had never seen one before? He is a beautiful, big bird and loves to chat with me. Hope he stays a while!
