Today I got a chance to touch the cutest guy I’ve ever laid eyes on in the gym! We had a special visit from one of my animal totems and he was only about one inch long. Tiny lil guy almost got smashed by a dumbbell when I dropped it. Oh no!!! I scooped him up and took him around the gym to tell all the regulars hello. Looked like he had lost tail #1 and had regenerated tail #2. Dodging and laughing off “prooootein” remarks from the guys, I headed outdoors and gently placed him on a big tree. On my way back in, Don patted my shoulder and said “you’re a beautiful soul Felicia.”

Wowwwww… now I can say that I’ve seen it all. Really?? They are selling “Muscle Mac” now? Wtf… when I saw this on the grocery store shelf, I realized how marketers brain wash people who are clueless about proper nutrition. “Performance nutrition for active lifestyles.” Omm… yeah… eat this in support of muscle if you can actually move after you eat it. Maybe they should call this “Zero Muscle” instead? Shoots… I’ll just eat me up some regular mac knowing I’m bulking lol.
This beet powder has been my new addiction. I mix one sports endurance pack of BeetElite a day into water with my clean aminos. Before you take any nitric oxide supplement, read up. There is only so much you can take in a certain period of time. Beets are so good for you and this stuff is easy to drink. I love it! It’s almost 2 bucks per packet at Whole Foods, but when it comes to increased endurance levels, no price is to steep.
I linked two good articles below about the nitric oxide. So basically, what can it do for you? Well… increase recovery rates, reduce fatigue, improve endurance, increase blood flow, help burn body fat, increase muscle pumps, improve sex, regulate brain activity, release more adrenaline, and help you live longer! Yup… the package doesn’t lie… my beet powder is indeed a superfood.
